?Identify these tow hooks?

Ok! Who can identify these, cause I don't know. They are welded to a front bumper of a '71 4x4 lwb I've got. They have the curl to the end of the hook but are smaller than some Wes showed from a firetruck. Are they Aftermarket? Factory something? They only measure about 6" in length and have 2 holes for mounting. I'll give a couple of pics.

Seen them monuted on buses and big trucks... not for the light duty trucks.

factory rear hooks

Those look like the factory rear hooks gm made available. I have yet to see some in person though.....
