1969 C10 LWB Arizona Truck
1969 C10 LWB,
I’ve owned the truck for the past 20 years. It came to me with a 1994 GM crate motor called a Target Master or Goodwrench. It’s a 350 with, I believe, a 4 bolt main. It had about twenty thousand showing on the odometer. It has a limited slip differential with 3:73 gears. I pulled the dash in 2022 and put a new one in. The old one showed 72,065 and I’ve put 5,200 on the new dash for a total of 77,265 or so. That’s my best guess but there’s no actual way to tell. Over the past 10 years I’ve averaged putting about 5,500 miles a year on it. Mostly driving my little bass boat up to the lake or everyday driving around town. In that time I’ve made many repairs, improvements and modifications including: • Conversion to 700r4 overdrive automatic transmission • Accel Super Coil 140003 • Edelbrock 1406 carb & performance manifold • headers • Converted front end to disc brakes • Upgraded alternator to 94 amps • Added r134a air conditioner • Heavy Duty aluminum radiator • Auxiliary transmission cooler • Variable rate coil springs • Sprayed in bed liner • Aluminum toolbox • Sliding rear window • 3 point seatbelts • Bucket seats with head restraints (New, 2022) • Center console • Hitch receiver and wiring for towing • New carpet, door panels, kick panels, dash pad, carpet (2022) • A headliner • Some sound deadening • New paint (2022) • Resealed drip rail • Cab corners and rocker panels rust removed and repaired • What works: all lights & signals, horn, fuel gauge, temperature gauge (one of them), oil pressure gauge, voltmeter, tach, speedometer, dome light (not door activated), trailer lights (5-way flat), add on radio/blue tooth (kick panel speakers), clock, wipers-both speeds. • What doesn’t work: amp gauge (not connected), no windshield washer, factory radio (in dash but doesn’t work). Needs a jack and lug wrench. It’s not a show truck. The paint & body, while of very good quality, are by no means what a collector would be looking for. On the other hand, it’s is a very reliable everyday driver resto-mod type that doesn’t need to be treated like a glass artifact. The title is free and clear. Terms are cash at the bank or PayPal. PM me if it’s the sort of thing that works for you and we can talk more. SOLD AT AUCTION
