Worn out shock absorbers can cause that type of wear too.

Yes, you do. You also need a tire, as mentioned by the others, and you need your suspension repaired.

ok had the same problem. could be a number of things, shock absorbers like 87stepper said, mine were the lower ball joints. i think it would be a good time to replace the upper and lower ball joints and tie rods then get the alignment done. and shop around for some new shocks also just my 2 cents also thats not as bad as i did when i checked my tires i had worn past the metal on the tire lol

Does that tire look HALF wide enough to fit on my truck? LOL That's a 195/60 15..of course, off my saturn. I had it aligned, and when they were done, they asked me "What were you doing in this car? Off-roading?" The alignment was THAT far off! Now, with the new alignment, it rides GREAT
BUT, back on topic...
My truck is running perfectly fine finally...*knock on wood*. I found out that I"m leaking out of the front of the oil pan, so it goes back in the shop that built the motor for a free fix.

BTW: The TRUCK'S suspension is perfect as can be..except for the fact it's TOO stiff, and TOO light.
