new window rubber and window is tough to move

Help!
I just installed a gmcpauls kit this weekend. It's a great kit....and I highly recommend it if you are going to redo your seals.

But..my when rolling my windows up and down, it is extremely tough. I have adjusted the front and the rear window track to what I believe is the proper position.

Am I right to assume that it will get easier the more I use the window....or is there a trick I can do to make it operate more smoothly?
