More Pics CRAZY CRAZY find!!!

First, so that I don’t get in trouble, I must say that not a single part is for sale. I just had to share this find!

I just bought 5 trucks today. 2-67’s a 68 a70 and a 71 Cheyenne . All have v8’s/trans . This was not a junk yard to speak of , rather it was the personal trucks and equipment of this individual. They have been parked here for a very long time and they all seem to have original paint and very very little rust.

There were a total of 8 67-72’s (I am sure I will end up buying the other three) along with tons of others including 10 or so 47-55’s and at least a dozen extremely nice bodied old internationals.

I am amazed at how little rust they have. All have what seem to be good cabs and more. It is going to be a major chore to get them out of this field. There is about 50 naturally growing trees in my county and 48 of them are in this field.

The goofy battery went out on my camera so I got very few pics today, but I will post what I have. This first one must have been SOME TRUCK in its day. It’s a 67 CST big window. Black on red, buckets (already removed), wood floor,327, auto, air.

The one that is covered with trees Is another 68 that I did not buy, I did not see much special on it,but I think I need to look a little closer.

They did save the camaros....guys like me just can't afford them.

Nice score on your trucks man! On the IH's, some of those old trucks look pretty cool, but the resale market ain't much.

Re: CRAZY CRAZY CRAZY find!!!

Very cool score! It's nice to see someone actually succeed in buying a bunch of decent trucks. Usually folks don't want to part with stuff, or you can't ever get ahold of the owners.

Re: CRAZY CRAZY CRAZY find!!!

I am very excited to get a hold of them. I found them about a year ago and have tried several time to find the owner. Then a couple days ago I went out there and he happened to be there.

NOW for the good news bad news, They were very cheap, but the old man has lost or misplaced all the titles over the years.

That’s a good question I do need some of the parts like the wood floor parts a hood and a cowl, but without titles there is not much I can do.
It will be awhile till I can get them all out, I might even wait till the first freeze which shouldn’t be too much longer.

ND_guy...yep there a several nice ones out there. Does anybody know if the is a market for Internationals, cause the are a ton of them sitting around there.

Re: CRAZY CRAZY CRAZY find!!!

Thet crewcab international, is a pretty rare find. There is a following on them but I don't know what they would bring. Internationls are hard to find, and the crewcab is the rarest. That looks like an early 60's crew they started making them in the late 50's.
