Has anyone installed an Old Air Products after market AC

Has anyone installed an Old Air Products after market AC system? I Bought the system last July. Just afterwards I injured my back and haven’t been able to put it in yet. Just the other day I read the installation instructions over. I am looking forward to putting it in and having a COOL ride. (pun intended) I looks as though I’ll probably have to wait until next winter to put it in. My berry season will be coming soon and I am scheduled for shoulder surgery in July. I figure this will give me time to be sure I have everything needed to put it in right. Maybe at the same time I’ll get to put in the power steering. With back and shoulder problems I will really enjoy the PS.
I am considering the dual electric fan kit they have for extra cooling. When I rebuilt the 292 the radiator was bad so stepped up to a 4 core for a 454, so radiator cooling ability is not going to be a problem.

Thanks for any help provided.

George

Give OldAir a call - they're really nice and very helpful over the phone. I'm going to go there this week (they're local for me) to look at some various rebuild scenarios for my 1500's AC and happy to ask a question or two for you.
