Re: Speedo cable question

I used a factory replacement cable on my 65. I'm running a T350 as well. Most all restoration parts places carry them. You might check out the board vendors. They have their own section on this forum.

Re: Speedo cable question

The speedo cable is carried by almost every vender, pretty common item. Come for either short or long bed and fairly easy to install.

Re: Speedo cable question

Don't you have to change the gear to a different color to match your tire size?

Re: Speedo cable question

Any parts store has them. they go by length. Practically all replacements are plastic. They are pretty hard to work with. Some of the specialty suppliers , Classic Parts for one, has them in the metal original caseing. They are a lot easier to work with & are more original.
