Rear sliding windows

I want to put a rear sliding window in my 72 but all I can seem to find is light grey tint, I want dark tint. Can anyone direct me to a sight or where I could get one with the dark tint.

If it is what I think you are talking about...the purple saran wrap looking stuff that you always see rednecks putting on their rusty mid 80's toyota celicas with lots and lots of small bubbles trapped underneath....PLEASE NO! that stuff looks like crap.

That website needs to update... The tri-vent rear slider is not available any more. The duo-vents are the only ones that we can get now. WES www.ClassicHeartbeat.com

I used to sell a nice dark tinted slider w/black frame...much nicer than the original. Then I found out our local Safelite Glass shop would sell the same slider: INSTALLED AND GUARANTEED not to leak, for less than I could sell it for...so why make my customers buy it from me and pay someone else extra to have it installed? I now just refer them to Safelite and pass up the sale. Shop around. You may have a big shop that will do the same.
