'67 C10 Overdrive Cable Routing

Does anybody have any photos of the overdrive cable going through the firewall or floor?

I saw a '66 at The Brother's car show and the cable was running to the top of the rubber mat by the gas pedal. The 67 firewall and floor are slightly different.

I'm ready to mount my cable, but I'm reluctant to drill a hole until I know exactly where the original hole is.

Thanks for any help.

Do you have a Factory Assembly Manual? There are 8 pages that show the different parts of the OD transmission installation including the firewall hole locations. The CD version is the best reference because you can do a search with it.

I bought the book and thumbed through it. Couldn't find it. Do you know where in the book?

I went through the book again, it's not in there. It was like going through the phone book page by page.
