Upper Windshield to Top Weatherstripping

The PO of my 71 Blazer decided that it would be a good idea to put caulking in between the top and the windshield frame. I just got done pulling it out and feel like more is missing. Can anybody direct me to some pictures of what it should look like?

And the owner also decided to glob more caulking at the top of the door frame where the windshield frame, door and top meet. Where can a pick a couple of those up? Thanks

Welcome to the board and if you go to LMCTRUCK.com you can look at a blown up picture of the gaskets that are supposed to be there. Whether or not you order from them is up to you. So far I have had good luck. There are vendors close to us tho, Wes in Olympia is a great guy to deal with.

Re: Upper Windshield to Top Weatherstripping

My first blazer (Sold that POS lol) had the same thing done to it! Top also seemed to have a roof rack at some point in its life and those holes were filled with caulking too.

There are some silly people out there...
