Question tell me your thought's on my door gap's and panel fitment

10 week's into what was supposed to just be a rocker panel install and quick paint job , well it was super yesterday so I got some primer on all my bodywork , this is the first coating of primer and this morning I felt of the body panel's and hey they feel pretty good a couple week's of blocking and repriming and this 67 will be ready to paint , anyway here is some shot's of my door gap's and fender to door fit I've been working on , also made a new lip for the front of the hood as it had some rust like the 67 68 hoods always do ,, anyway tell me what you think ,

I think it looks good so far...but you need to put wider white walls on it!

black
going to look all stock with white bumper's headlight ring's and grill trim , I have new c10 emblem's for the fender's new door handle's new grill emblem new chevrolet letter's for the hood , so if I can get the bodywork pretty good and some slick paint it should be pretty cool and kinda out of the norm for nowaday's with all the modified 67 to 72 truck's ,, modified is good but I want to see mine just plain and simple , like my little avatar pic ,
btw if anyone has a pic of a all stock black 67 with white bumper's I'd like to see it ,,,,

Hey that looks pretty good there. Once you finish blocking and priming and you think you are done. Which I am assuming you are going to finish blocking from between 400-600 grit paper, wipe the truck down with wax and grease remover and look down the sides of the panel when they are wet and that will tell you if you are truly straight!!

72CSTC5 , thank's and yea that will work but a old trick I learned as a kid was that if you just close your eyes and rub your hand over a panel you can feel if it is straight or not , that's what I do , and yea I will probably be blocking and repriming several times over the next few week's ,
this truck is going to be a daily driver but I want to take my time and get it as close to nice as I can , I have wanted a nice clean 67 c10 for year's and this one has the potential to be what I have wanted if I just keep it slow and do it right ,,, I can't wait till it's done so I can get out in the evening's and just cruz it around ,,,,,

Visually it looks nice.

If you put a bright color on your truck...then any defects will show well. (not that I can see any).

A dark color will not make the shadowy gaps more apparent.
