Alternator advice

I have a '67 C-10 with an alternator that has an external regulator. At least I am assuming so since I have the red and black wires plus a 2 plug with a blue and yellow wire that also mounts on the back of the alternator. Looking to replace it with a chrome alternator. Any recommendations on where to find one? And should I go with 65, 80, or 100 amp?
