Tranny mount

I was under the truck checking some more things out and i noticed the tranny mount has a long bracket off of it to the left on the drivers side looks like it was to hold the exhaust. has anyone seen this before or know what it is for and what do i get to change it..

Hey what tranny mount are you using the on on mine is till the rubber stock one. also i found out that the bracket that is part of the mount is for cat converter. i need to take it out so when i get my exhaust done i will have room. but i need to replace the tranny rubber mount to something else what do you suggest.
