Thumbs up Success at last

Yep..finally.I got the add-a-leafs sent to me free of charge installed...Ran out of oxygen in the torch and had to get some before I could heat up the clips or what ever you want to call them that holds the springs together,so that I could get the spring pack apart.I got the pack apart, add a leafs installed, and then back on the truck.I got the axle back in place,on go the plates, then on goes the u-bolts,get out the air ratchet and then get to tightening...get it all snug, lower it down, tighten it all down, check the measurements and......the truck now sits 2" higher than it did..pretty much leveling the truck out

I'm still not happy I had to take the front end off,and I've done it so many times now that I could change the front end out as quick as a nascar pit crew could change a tire but I'm glad Rough Country sent me new springs, and these add-a-leafs to level things out..and 2 pairs of hats and t-shirts free of charge

Now,as soon as I get the cab finished up,the body can go back together,I can drive it again, and can get some new pics to show it off

Now,what problems could I possibly face next month installing the lift on the '72 K/5???

Good to know Rough Country was willing to make it right!
