headers...

i have a set of headers for an 88-94 chevy non vortec blah blah 350...yea. they are the shorty headers made by pace setter. do you think they will fit on my 87? i have a feeling they wont due to the body style change. i wish the edelbrock shortys werent so expensive. any help would be awesome.

A buddie of mine is running them on his 84 they are 88 up shorty's the should fit yours also. There should be a hole for a O2 sensor also.

so with the stock Y-Pipe it should work? do you think you could find out if he changed the y-pipe for me maybe? that would be awesome! thanks.

Find the part number on the manufacturer's web site and check the application from that. Or just call 'em & ask.

Ive been in contact with pacesetter a few times they typically dont know if something will fit somthing that isnt aplication spec.

The headers will fit with no problem the y pipe may not unless your current pipe routing is similiar.

He will be running dual's. Not sure if the Y pipe would work.

Why get headers if you keeping the same restrictive exhaust tubes ?
