When is it time to replace a frame
If treated and and boxed is a frame with pits to this degree considered unsafe?

Re: When is it time to replace a frame
I'd suggest estimating the minimum thickness and comparing that to how thick GM says it originally was. We don't get rust out here so I can't really say.

Re: When is it time to replace a frame
Why build a beautiful truck on a foundation of garbage? The frame is the most important part for every other component and system to build upon. There are so many options to using junk.
