Adjusting Speedometer

I was wondering on my way home if the speedometers in our trucks is adjustable. My speedometer is reading about 15 mph below actual speed, which I contribute to different sized tires than stock. Can these be adjusted to correct this? I have a three on the tree that has been converted to the floor if this matters. Thanks for your help.

Re: Adjusting Speedometer

You need to change the driven gear in the tailshaft of the tranny or do it the easy way with a ratio adaptor.
Look on here for either one.
