65 c10 first time restoration

okay new here, first time posting on here. I'm not new to building and tinkering but i am new to restorations. My great grandfathers 1965 c10 shortwheelbase has been in the family awhile and before now it had sat for 10 years and got in pretty bad shape. So far we have sandblasted it for the most part and primed most of it. i dont have many pics of it in it bad condition but will soon post pictures of its current condition and hope to have some help on the stuff im not so sure how to do.

Welcome.

Get with your family and try to dig up every old photo you can find of it.
Especially ones with other family members in it.
Also any documents pertaining to it.
Scan them and back them up.
Owning a Grandpa Truck is a true honor not to be taken without pride.

Hi Matt and welcome to the board!

Show us some pics as soon as you can and don't worry about how the truck looks - you should see mine! I still have to do all the blasting and cleaning you already finished...

Tons of knowledge and good folks on here so again welcome aboard!
