How the heck did this ever make it passed being allowed at all to dump liquids on the highway .. I have passed Travel Trailers before that the black water valve was leaking,, but it could of only been water from when they just came from dumping and left it open .

When I was a young lad my brothers and I would ride the train to my moms sister down south to visit, it later became the Amtrak Train sometime in the 70's. When you flushed the toilet it opened up straight shot to the tracks below.
