Looking for options to turn this rear into a posi- 12 Bolt

Welcome from Northern California. That's a good looking truck. As for the posi, there's quite a few new ones on the market, or start checking out your local wrecking yards etc. I'm sure others here will chime in soon.

I bought a used posi unit on the classifieds here and order a master install kit. I'm having a friend put it together for me and it should be done shortly.

Ill have to look into that. I have this C10 for about a 2 years and just finished putting a 383 in it, now i need to get it to stick! I though ti would start with the rear, then the transmission, it has a 3 speed and I am doing 32 hundred at 65 MPH on the interstate, I need gears too

I found a posi 3.73 2WD rear end for $45 at the yard...

I guess one of the challanges is going to be it is 6 lug, what do you think the %'s are of a posi with 6 lug? As you can see , i already heavyly invested in wheels...
