me to me to i love the 56, that thing out look good on a late model 1/2 ton frame with new fuel ingected engine. that thing looks like it has a pretty good body.

It belongs to a guy who sells scrape metal behind our shop , im scared hes gonna hack it up and sell it for scrap!He hauled it there about a year ago.

just wondering if anyone noticed the engine in the flat bed truck what is it? Think it may be a buick engine.?

I was wondering that. It looks like a GM engine because of the Q jet and the GM PS pump, but the front mounted distributor eliminates Chevy, Pontiac, Olds. Those don't really look like Buick or Caddy valve covers, sp I'm not sure what it is.It looks more a like Caddy than anything else though.

After a little research I believe it is a Caddy. The center mounted compressor gives it away.

Think 67 c-30 hit the jackpot! Did a google image search & i agre its a caddy. Although the buick engines had a similar distributer set up . Cool , an old chevy with a caddy engine!
