Door hinge bolt loose, may need a part from someone

One bolt that holds the hinge to the door on the lower drivers side, keeps spinning. Is there a mounting plate behind those 3 bolts? If I remember right it's a plate that has square nuts attached to hold the bolts. Didn't have time to take my door panel apart to check.

If anyone has a spare lower driver door inside hinge plate, I could really use it.

Talking

Since it is somewhat of a project to replace the plate, I would suggest using the long door bolts, (some trucks came with shorter bolts) and put a 3/16-24 nut on the bolt from inside the door. The other option would be to tap the plate 7/16 fine thread and use a 7/16 bolt.

Good luck!

Thanks for the tip Jim. Appreciate it. One day I'll take the door panel off, get inside, and finally get this thing fixed.

By the way, I've seen a pic of your '71 step 4x4 (green I think). Got any more pics you can e-mail me? Haven't seen any other '71 step 4x4's on here.
