Re: Cowl Hood

well we have a site vendor who is within driving distance in plainfield NJ from exit 30 on the southern state, you could prolly make it there within an hour or so depending on the traffic by the airport. Jon at tripro automotive has em in stock and i can personally attest to his products as he has sold me a number of parts for my truck. The money you save on shipping will be a decent amount its worth taking the time to drive out and get it
plus youll meet a heck of a nice guy
If thats not to your interest, any of our site vendors, including captkaos sell quality parts..
welcome to the board, neighbor . currently im living in Brooklyn...

Re: Cowl Hood

there is no longer such creature as a cheap cowl hood.

when i bought mine for my 2000 silverado it was $349-$399, and the 73-87 was around $279-$329. not anymore.

If you were closer, I'd trade you for your stock hood.

On the blue truck? Are the scoops molded on or stuck on?

Re: Cowl Hood

they are just stuck on with double sided tape. It comes off very clean, we removed them from the black truck we had then put on some new tape and threw em on this one.

Sorry for thread jack you can pm me or email me if you want.

Re: Cowl Hood

It was clearly pointed-out that there are several vendors that will sell this item, that is about as far as you can go with a WTB thread and stay with-in the rules. You guys are not newbies, please follow that rules.

.........and this is a hi-jack of the original post.
