I replaced window seals and felt and it rolled up hard before but now it rolls up super hard and I noticed now the felt if coming down the window track . Any ideas guys? I bought a new regulator which I still have yet to install but now I'm thinking maybe track is just too right or something? Thanks it's a 72 c10

cleaning and lubricating moving parts every 45years or so helps in letting them move easily

Try using a silicone spray lubricant in the channels. 3M make one that has worked for me. And, as cdowns suggested, taking the door panel off and lubing the mechanism will probably make a fix.

Do you mean the rubber (outer) and felt (inner) strips that run along the bottom of the window when the window is rolled up?

Install the new regulators and everything will work fine.
