Need HELP with my Billet Grille

Got my billet grille from ebay yesterday. I need some help installing it. i dont know where the brackets are supposed to go.
The instructions say..."to remove the factory vertical grille supports its necessary to remove two 5/16 bolts in the front of the rad support and one on top of support. There are three 5/16 bolts per support"...I dont see no 5/16 bolts for the grille supports.
Then its also says" on 73-74 trucks(mines a 74) it requires marking and drilling four 5/16' diameter holes in rad support for attachment"...and "make sue the bends on the support brackets are pointing away from grille center"... I'll post some pics of truck and the grille
