Atlanta Area Sandblaster??

[Street Sweeper]

Looking for somebody who does sandblasting in the Atlanta area. I need to do my frame and front suspension parts. Can anyboody recommend someone?

This guy did my frame, cab and some other parts at what I thought was a reasonable price, I also had him powder coat the frame and a few other parts too which all turned out good.
They were nice and great to work with.

Also check with Alan's Classic on this board he knows of another guy in Ball Ground that does blasting and coating as well I don't have his information but was thinking about using him for some other things since he is a bit closer to me.

Lamar Walden has some blasting/stripping capabilities. Not sure how BIG of an item he can do - but he's done several manifolds for me by tumbling them in a big drum with walnut shells. He's in Doraville - he's Mr. 409 chevy in case you have not heard of him. Great guy, great shop, depending what you want blasted, he may be able to help.

Oops - just re-read and see you want to do a whole frame. Might want to call him first, not sure he can do something that big. but if he does, I know it'll be done well.

Yeah, my hood is over at Cryogenic right now ready for pick up. Ervin up in Ball Ground doesn't blast large items anymore. He got tired of Maintaining the diesel compressor. He has a guy on hwy 108 between Waleska and Jasper do the large items. His main bread and butter is powder coating. If your interested PM me for his number.

Picked up my hood today from Professional Cryogenics in Cumming. Not very happy. Check my build for the story that was posted today. I will see what their corrective action will be.
