Members suburban???????

I found this picture somewhere, and I'll be damned if I can locate it again. Would like to find out the backspacing and wheel sizes. Also wondering if the burbs have a different tread track, that requires different wheelspacing then the trucks???
I also added a picture of a wheel I found that Im interested in that looks similiar
Any help appreciated

I don't know how to link the threads but that burb is mentioned in the 2wd lowered suburban thread.
And i agree that it is one of the coolest burbs on here!

Re: Members suburban???????

It just has Boss 338's on it. IIRC he put the 20x8.5's on front and 20x10's on back. They only come in one backspacing, so you'll need a spacer for the back. I put the same ones on my burb, just don't have it dropped yet.

Y'all sure know how to make a grown man blush. Thanks guys. It still puts a smile on my face every time I get in it...except when I'm at the gas station.

Re: Members suburban???????

So let me ask you this, what is the optimum backspacing front and rear?

Re: Members suburban???????

That varies by vehicle. You will just have to measure to see what kind of room you have. Suspension mods and desired results play a lot into that, and everyone has their own opinion as to what looks good. That clear as mud?

You could also just look at some of the other vehicles on here to get an idea of what different backspaces look like. I did that an then measured to make sure it would fit on my vehicle. Just my .02!

Re: Members suburban???????

I'm vacationing with my family in NJ and had the opportunity to talk to the guy that owns the flat black burb. That thing should be seen in person to be appreciated it is sweet. What were the odds of seeing an Alabama truck in Ocean City NJ. Guess the guy lives in PA and bought it from down south. Either way sweet truck.
