WTB Emergency Brake cable
for a SWB or even a long box if someone has one in GOOD shape.

How much for the cable? I was going to make one but thought I would try here first, original probaly stronger. The one you have are there any broken strands?

I don't think so. I'll dig it out and take a pic. It was on the '72 I had but when I swapped bodies and that chassis from a foot to a handle brake, the one that was on the '68 fit better.
