1971 C10 Ride Height
I just bought this truck and I'm in the process of trying to figure out what parts I need in order to rebuild the front and rear suspension. My question is can someone tell the dimensions from center of wheel hub to bottom of fender on the front and rear that have factory springs. The springs on the truck are probably original and I know they are sagging some. I don't want to lower the truck to the ground I just want to keep the hide height were it is now. My fear is if i buy stock height springs it will raise the truck up instead of keeping it were is now. Sorry for the long post and thanks for the help!

Re: 1971 C10 Ride Height
On my '69 short step C10 it's 19 1/4" from center to bottom of wheel well left front and 19 3/8 RF. LR is 20 3/8 and RR is 21 1/4. (Or I should say was...)
2 1/2" disc spindles and 2" springs in the front and DJM flip on the rear leaves left it at 14 1/2" pretty much all the way around.

Re: 1971 C10 Ride Height
Thanks for the help. Mine is actually sitting about the same as yours was. Thinking about doing 2.5" drop spindles in the front and 4" drop coils in the back. If I go any lower I'll probably go with bags.
