62 c/10 front bumper installation

So I got the front bumper painted and ready to go back on. Bolt hole in frame horns and bumper do not line up. This bumper came off of this truck so I know it will go back on. With the bolts in the bottom holes, top holes are off at least an inch, vice versa. Been off over a year, so I dont remember if there was another piece to the puzzle. What am I missing.

This is the bumper that was on the truck when I bought it. holes are off up and down ,not left and right. Not upside down. Took it off a year or more ago and just got it stripped.painted ,new bolts and trying to put back. No other bumpers here to mix it up with.

Thank you sir. That sure appears to be the problem. It looks to be in the right spot with bottom bolts. Tomorrow I will put side braces on and check for level fitment. I know when I got the truck it had a 65 grill in it. I bet the po put the 65 bumper on as well. I thought the difference in early and late bumpers was side to side. I guess I was wrong.lol Thanks again. John
