Just found and bought 64 Short Fleet. Purchased new in Oceanside CA Original paint, custom cab big window, tinted glass, V-8 auto with factory air. Never wrecked straight body with gauge package, windshield washers, 4-way hazard lights and backup lights.

Highly optioned for sure, also getting diamond plate rear bumper which I wont use. Truck has engine casting # 3932386 and turbo 400 in it now.

Thanks!! I think I will restore original except for wheels and stance. It would be nice to find correct date code 283 for it. We ran the casting number and 3932386 comes back as 68-69 large journal 327 or 69-72 hi perf. 350 4 bolt main.

I got a 63 with a 283 i bought for parts, would have to check engine code, it's supposed to be original. I hadn't picked it up yet and it'll be a couple of months but it did run when I bought the truck.

As high as the front sits I thought there wouldn't have been an engine in it.

The truck is sitting on jackstands in the pics. Sorry should have mentioned that. I'm trying to get it shipped to Michigan.
