I'm looking to paint my truck some shade of blue with white bumpers/grille/mirrors/roof and I'd like some pictures of similar trucks for inspiration. I've always been a sucker for trucks with the white bumpers and grille and I think it gives them more of a work/shop truck feel which is fitting because I plan to get good use out of my truck and its my daily driver. Thanks.

No grille, but I got the white bumper and roof:

The blue is 1994 Medium Blue Metallic from GMC's truck line.

Hard to find GMC's with white bumpers.

The brown one is a '67, I think the blue is a '71

I only have white bumpers and mirrors.

I intentionally left them white, because I like the look. I have considered painting the roof white.

Awesome looking trucks! Is it common for GMCs to have the white grille but chrome bumper and the Chevys to have the white bumper but chrome grille? I'm kind of glad the PO of my truck spray painted the entire truck flat black (did a terrible job doing it though) so I've got a blank canvas to work with.

I've wondered what a 71/72 GMC would look like with the black area painted white on a two tone with white accent scheme.It would be a take-off on the 67/68 Chevy grille.

I like the white roof and bumpers. I went out of my way to find a 71/72 paintable front bumper to paint. I don't have any pictures of the rear other than when i was getting it mounted.

Oh and that isn't blue. It is 1970 medium green metalic.

I don't believe that painted grilles were what the '69-72's came with. The white grille was normal for the '67-68's, with the "chrome" grille surround an option for '67 that became standard for '68.

If someone has a painted grille on a '69-72, then someone painted it. I've seen painted grilles on them, but I know they weren't painted when stock.

Air tank bumper my grandfather had installed in '72. Just repainted it, put a new air valve and license plate lamp on it.
