Wow - it looks like you have quite the project there. It should keep you busy during the cold months.

Re: Sunday Afternoon Roadtrip

Ill vouch for leon's charecter. he's a great guy and his wife is a lovely lady, really enjoyed meeting them at the Midwest members board meet in nebraska back in may. They drove the only big block truck at the meet all the way to nebraska! how's that for worrying about fuel enconomy! lol

I need a frame too, but Leon is too far away for me to trip it out there! He does have some sweet rides and that clip is super nice looking!

Re: Sunday Afternoon Roadtrip

Thanks guys. I hope I can live up to all of the compliments...

Sorry it took me so long to jump in here but have been working hot & heavy on getting the ceiling installed in the shop. That is why all of the stuff is out in the yard.... Finished it today!! (pic below) Pat even said I could buy a new furnace for it...

Really enjoyed having Bob & Shawn down. We had a good visit.

Hey Doug. You are welcome any time. The Iowa Oasis is always open. We have two guest bedrooms with two beds each so a place to sleep is no problem.

Levi: If you were like me you would always be in trouble with your wife for buying too many cars & trucks, so you might want to re-consider...

mkundo: My Father In Law gave me the '36 Ford in 1960 and my boy gets it when I'm too old to shift the 4 speed any more. He keeps asking if my knees are bothering me yet.

Anyone is welcome to come for a visit. We are close to I-80, easy to find, all paved roads, and easy in - easy out for the trailers or RV's.

Believe it or not it is a LWB big block truck.... The angle of the pic and all of the stuff against it makes it look shorter. All of the running gear will be going under the blue '67 and it will be a SWB then...
