Does anyone know what the gear markings are on the transfer case of a 69 4X4. ie...what gear is towards the dash, and what gear is down by the seat? Thanks alot.

What t-case do you have? In '69 they had both the Dana20 and the NP205. If you have a three-on-the-tree or four speed, it might be the dana 20.

Very strong, gear driven, low rear output, same gear ratio as NP205, kind of hard to get certain parts though.
