PS box / Pitman arm questions

I went to install my new power steering Box (upgrading from manual) over the weekend, and found that my kit, while it included the Box, pitman arm, hoses and pump ($200 for the kit), It didn't have the nut that holds the pitman arm.

does anybody know where i can find this nut?
I found it at one of the online companies for $3, but my bookmark seems to have dissappeared, and now i cant remember where it was...

Also, when installing the new box, how do you determine that it is centered before putting on the pitman arm (wheels straight forward), and hooking up the steering shaft.

Any tips?
