count is 30, they look straight and in good condition. I put Disc brakes with 5 lug. I'm thinking $70 Shipped

Yes it is. But the Radiator mount have been removed. I was missing them on my frame.

If you're talking about the saddles the radiator sits in that is okay. I can work around that.
