Question Weird Sound on Cold Startup '99 Tahoe

Gang,
Can anyone diagnose what the sound in the video is. It's kind of a buzzing sound after startup, but then fades away. This only happens on days the temp is below 30* F, and lasts longer the colder it is under 30* F.
I was thinking it was the a/c compressor bearing or a bad p/s bearing, but that's only a hunch.
Anyone heard this God awful noise before??

How ya doing, my man? Life with 2 kids under 5 takes my time now. Still working on my old Harley and getting gray. Nothing changes.....

I tried a different link. See what you think. It's a weird one......

still no work for me Doug. I guess I have to register or something to view it. Have you removed the accessorie drive belt and started it? I'd say look at the belt tensioner bearing for a start.
