Exhaust Questions

I have a 1970 C10 LWB that is getting a 7 inch drop in the rear, I have trailing arm crossmember cutouts for the exhaust to pass through, and am curious on how much the trailing arms move vertically at the crossmember, so I can know how close my mufflers can run.
Any photos help.
Muffler has to be close to the crossmember so that I can run my exhaust exits out of the wheel wells.
Also, if yall could share how your hangers are set up that would help very much.
