Part Identification Assistance

I've got two NOS front door latches, left hand and right hand. The left hand part # is 3919201. I tried to search online and at two Chevy dealers without success. I'm unsure of the application. Initially, I thought these would fit a 73-82 pickup, then I remembered that these might have been acquired for a 72 suburban. Can any one help? Thank you!
