Question How much for Vortec?

I need some help guys. I have somebody who's interested in buying just the engine from the truck I have for sale. I need to know about how much it's worth.

Engine : vortec 350
This engine was a factory return from a GMC conversion van. It spun a bearing at 7000 miles. It’s been tore down, crank replaced with a nodular eagle crank and taken to the local machine shop and had the rod reconditioned and the bottom end blueprinted and balanced.

Engine Contains:
• clevelite 77 bearings
• Felpro performance head gaskets
• Felpro oil pan gasket (one piece)
• Edelbrock vortec performer intake polished
• FlowKooler Waterpump
• Lokar dipstick

Everything is standard. The engine has about 10 miles on it getting timing etc, set.

But it is still a used engine. I would say $800-900.

Its not used, its new. Id say $1000. I paid $900 for my factory return vortec 350. Luckly it didn't hurt anything, just low oil pressure for the first few weeks the stock vehicle had it. GM replaced the bearings and sold it to me for $900.
