Common rattles

I did a search but nothing came up with "rattles". Can't imagine I'm the first to ask this...

I just installed some sound deadener and it works great. But going over bumps etc.. there some rattles that I'm sure people on this board have taken care of.

I get some rattles from inside the doors, it's not the windows (glass) but sounds like the linkages around the door handles.

I hear something up by the hood/front fenders...

I even think I can hear my tailgate handle rattling (it is loose and kind of hanging down).

I know it's a truck but if there is something simple I can do I'm game... so let us all know what you've found and fixed
