Weiand 142 on Stock L31-R?

Playing around with the idea of putting a supercharger in my truck. Specifically this Weiand 142. https://www.summitracing.com/parts/wnd-6542-1/overview/ I recently put this L31-R engine in and I wish it had more power. Can this be done on a stock block? Pros or cons? Alternatives? Thanks.

Re: Weiand 142 on Stock L31-R?

Lot of money to gain maybe 60 hp.
Your L31 could gain 100 hp with the right cam change for 500 bucks.
Don’t forget the hidden costs.
Small cap distributor may be needed.
Throttle cable (need longer).
Drive belts/pullies changes.
It starts to add up.

What have you done to your motor so far?
What carb, intake, headers etc.
What timing?
