Question Chevelle tank in our trucks?

Has anybody on the board ever heard of using a car fuel tank like the ones in Chevelles.

It looks like the tank could be mounted under the frame rails. I dont plan on stump jumpin or draggin frame.

They seem to be very low profile and I was interested in hiding my fuel fill behind the license plate like the Chevelles and Monte Carlos.

Just an idea I thought I'd throw out there.

having a gas fill in back of the lisence plate will require a tank that is lower than the lisence plate because my experience tells me that gas doesn't flow well uphill

I would have to agree with cdowns on the up hill fuel flow but if you made a bed floor fill or side marker fill it could work..
