is there any advantage to plugging one side of the center dash vent in an ac cab, seems it only needs one and would free up some space underneath

it actually degrades the volume of air quite a bit

I blocked one side of mine after seeing an article in classic truckin and it seemes like it blew harder to me. But you also have to block it at the splitter also.

I plugged one side and it frees up some needed room and blows hard. John

I did mine also and it seems to blow out alot harder too. You have to plug up the splitter as Gene stated. I am happy with it.

I plugged it, no problem, but my diverter box flapper isnt working so defrost flow is still low, just one more thing.

Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs.
