dual electric fans

i have the power too my dual fans coming from a switched sorce in my fuse box can anybody tell another switched sorce under the hood that i can hook it too instruction says to hook to battery but i cant stand when i turn my truck off and the fans keep running drives me crazy cant be too good on battery either also could use alittle help putting the fans on a relay system i just did my headlights last weekend and they work great and where can i get a good blower motor for my heater mine makes a heck of a noise also how hard is it to change a wiper motor and where aer they in the dash?

I used a relay with switched power for the trigger and battery power for the main power source.
