Engine stalling

Well after I finally got the truck on the road tonight, I discovered that when you come to a stop, then try to get going again, it wants to stall, and sometimes does.

Even after warming up it has that hesitation. I tried feathering the throttle to prevent it from stalling, but that doesn't always help. I found that when I come to a stop I have to keep the rpms up a bit and it is fine.

My guess would be a carb issue. But not sure where to start looking

and on a side not, I also discovered that my rad leaks and will most likely have to replace it.

It is a 305, carburated if that helps.
