I have the cpp 6 lug disk brake system with the modular spindle installed on my 70 c-10. Can I use ac delco brake pads for any 73-87 truck? My brake rotor is 1.25 inches wide.

Sure.
As long as you are using the standard diameter rotor and not CPP's big brake kit.
