67-72 van tilt column

Can anyone advise me if the stock steering wheel and horn on from a 66 p.u. will work on this column? I seem to get varying info on a search.

Thanks!

Not sure how much of a difference there is but I was able to use my 65 deluxe steering wheel on a 72 pickup tilt column.

Did the stock horn mechanism work or did you have to hook up a remote button of some sort?

Re: 67-72 van tilt column

I'm using the stock horn setup. I am having intermittent horn issues but I think it's inside my steering wheel as it only happens once in awhile. I haven't had my wheel off since I had the column installed in 1999.
