Suburban rear bumper?
I have a '64 Suburban and Ive heard it is really hard to find a rear bumper for it. Looks like it is the same as the front? Is that correct?

Re: Suburban rear bumper?
not quite the same as a front, A rear has a little recessed area where a trailer plug would go. other than that a front will bolt right on if you are not concered about a true burban bumper.

Re: Suburban rear bumper?
funny that it fits as the frame horns are 6" wider on the rear than the frt and the inner bolts on either bolt directly onto the frame horns or ends

Re: Suburban rear bumper?
^Good point. I have a Sub bumper but it has a pretty bad dent and the person I bought it from said they were really hard to come by. But to me it looked the same as the front. I have also seen numerous pics of Subs with nice chrome rear bumpers so I figured they were using fronts.

what does the emicon mean? I see quite a few using it and I took it for the wrong think once I think ron frames are 6" wider in the rear than the front |
