Sat pics (11-10) A lil more 4 ya!

No cruise to go to, nothing special going on. I tried to do something a lil different this time around as well as a lil bit of what you're used to seeing. Anyway, here it goes.

I was just looking at your pictures again and was thinking... If you found a way to clone your trucks, I'll take one of each . Seriously though, those double views would make some really great "art" pieces.

The AM Delco radio pic is classic..
That would be cool in one of chevy's new commercials.

Man Asa,I have to start a new folder just for your pictures.I do have an "Auto Art" folder and many of yours have found there way there.

Looking at that shot that N2TRUX copied gave me an idea.Keep on posting all the pics you can of that truck showing the wheels.Maybe they`ll float around the internet enough for Mickey`s boys to see and realize how bad they screwed up discontinuing their best looking wheel.Or,just send them pictures. Then again,it must be nice to have wheels everybody will like but can`t go out and buy.Of course, they look better on the baby than about any other truck.Truck in classic paint with classic (looking) wheels.Like your C/10,what could be better? Both have a look that will never tire. That`s the key in my book.

Re: Sat pics (11-10) A lil more 4 ya!

Sorry man! No adoptions! I'm to young to have kids old enough to drive and sport tattoos! The sepia emblem shot was my fav of the week as well. Use it for whatever you like man!

I also really like the look of the M/T challengers. I don't know why they were discontinued, I guess the sales just weren't where they wanted them to be. Either that or the forging process was just to expensive. I don't think M/T even makes any forged wheels anymore. The wheels on my C10 were actually discontinued for a while. They still made a cast version in a 14" and a 15" but the bigger billet forged ones were off the market. They've reintroduced them under a different name but the price has doubled from when I purchased mine. I like em because they appear to be an era correct wheel for the truck. Of course they're Halibrand copies but the Halibrands are cast and mine are forged.

I agree! Problem is that ALL of his pictures would make excellent screen savers, and I'd go nuts trying to choose just one! Awesome pics as always! ...Joe

I agree! I want a set of those Mickey Thompson Challengers for my 86, but will likely never own a set unless they start making them again. Maybe if we hound them enough, they will start making them again......someday! ...Joe
